A Quarter?

I finally went through my locally accrued change to see how much spare money I have laying around.  109 pesos in coins.  Not bad, that'll be handy for a couple of stops at 7-11 on my way to work next week.

I also found this:

25 cents?  Is this a quarter of a peso?  How the hell did that even happen, I've never seen any prices here in fractional amounts.  According to Google this is worth 0.0059075 USD.  Just over half of a penny.  And since nothing is in fractional amounts, I imagine I'll have no use for this.

I should save one of each kind of coin for my kids, they might find them interesting.  But how am I going to get another one of these?
